iOS Enrollment

If you already have any company mailboxes connected to your device (personal or shared), these must be removed prior to enrollment.

To remove an email account, follow these steps

1.   Download “Company Portal for Microsoft Intune” from the App Store. Start the application and log in with your username (xx123@companyname.no).

2.   Select “Begin”.

3.   Select “Continue” on the next two steps.

4.   Select “Enroll”, then “Install” – and enter your personal display code.

5.   Select “Install”, then “Trust” (Profile installed) – select “Done,” then “Continue.”

6.   Your device is now registered.

Android Enrollment

If you’re using a Samsung or other Android device and have company mailboxes set up (personal or shared), these accounts must be removed prior to enrollment. 

To remove an email account, follow these steps

1.   Download “Microsoft Intune Company Portal” from Google Play. Start the application and log in with your username (xx123@companyname.no).

2.   Select “Start” at the bottom right (Business Access Setup).

3.   Select “Continue” on the next two steps.

4.   Select “Register” then “Enable” (Enable Device Manager?).

5.   Select “Continue” then “Completed” (Company Access Setup Completed).

Your  device is now registered.
