Skuld, one of the world’s leading marine insurers, has signed an agreement with Intility. The agreement means that Skuld will use Intility’s Managed Cloud service for Skuld’s global organisation; Skuld has offices in Oslo, Bergen, Singapore, New York, Copenhagen, London, Piraeus, Hamburg and Hong Kong.
The Intility service gives Skuld access to a complete and ready-made IT platform that includes unlimited access to cloud-based compute and storage, enterprise-grade security services, productivity solutions, and seamless integration with public clouds. In addition, the service includes an end-to-end responsibility for the management of Skuld’s entire IT platform for the duration of the contract. This means maintaining the company’s core IT infrastructure and all business applications, providing 24/7/365 systems monitoring and end user support, single point of contact, as well as ensuring an optimal IT workplace experience for all Skuld employees.
With Intility’s Managed Cloud service we get the right mix of security, flexibility and innovation for our IT environment. Additionally, we can now focus our IT resources on more important tasks, such as the digitisation of Skuld’s core business, which is critical for our future success.

The agreement with Skuld emphasises Intility’s ability to deliver core IT services to global companies with complex needs and distributed infrastructure. Intility already provides its services to several other multinational companies, such as Scatec Solar, Idex, Warner Bros, Photocure og Nevion.
